Top 5 Ways to Combat Stress in Your Life

Stress is an epidemic these days and can find its way sneaking into our lives even when it seems we try hard to keep it at bay. Today I would like to show you the top five ways I use to combat stress in my daily (weekly) life. These are meant to be easy additions to your daily routine in order to help relieve a little bit of the inevitable stress. 

1) Add in 5 minutes of Meditation and/or Mindfulness. Meditation in and of itself 

2) Remove internal stressors- think processed food, harsh chemicals from cosmetics, unfiltered water. These all cause inflammation in our body. The more we can move away from these items in our lives, the less burdened our body will be.
